Blue sky on a Monday morning above the tree line at the Rock - a wow
morning if ever there was one!Buiochas le Dia na bhfeart!
Walked the Glenbawn/Green walk to see how many fallen trees we have to cut this week - some twenty in all as it happens are lying across
paths causing minor blockages, all can be stepped over however, with little effort.More are hanging among the trees,as in the photo over, but none that high up!
Plenty of footprints about suggesting we had many walkers over the weekend.I trust they all had an enjoyable and relaxing ramble.
Scarlet Elf Cups in abundance yet and all intact suggesting Bugs and Birds give it a wide berth - I wonder why?
Received word from Coillte that the work on the fence at the Trailhead is in hand and tomorrow the person who is to do the job will be visiting us to assess the job.
Tomorrow will be outlining the work on hand for ourselves and for volunteers to end of February -
There's still time to get out there for a ramble - get going and enjoy!
